Roles

As I was not in front of the camera I was mostly behind the camera setting up the position of the camera and recording the work, and saying how Faith and Karlton could improve the look of the work. Getting in the right positions so we could film all the action sections were quite difficult as it was a narrow room but I managed to get the footage we needed. The set of the camera was difficult in other places too, and getting it into the right angles so we could get the right shot we wanted, and where able to make it look like real film footage.

During the edititng we worked together especially with the idea of the pace and where the shots should be in the production. Karlton was the person in charge of the sounds we used, he did a lot of searching into the conventional sounds that we have used. There were sounds that he recorded with the help of us. We recorded some breathing and heart beats and together we decided which one he recorded sounded the best and sounded more realistic. He searched more onto the type of music that we used when the production starts off. He managed to find a good piece to show off the                                                                                     conventions of action films.

Faith was the main person in charge of the editing although we all helped and put ideas into the process. She cut down shots to make the film have a quicker pace when needed, which helped keep the suspense up. She added filters and special effects to make sure the lighting was equal. She also made sure that the lighting showed the light bruising, so it looked like the fight looked dangerous and deadly. Faith was also in charge of doing the make up after and while we discussed what we were doing. We felt that she was best with this task due to her being the one who wears the most make up in our group as me and Karlton don't wear any.
